Aquarium pebbles 1kg
All aquariums require some sort of substrate at the bottom of the tank, whether that’s gravel, sand or stones. Many experts believe that the colors and type of substrate used should be as close to the natural environment of the fish and plants you keep as possible. Most fish, however, are adaptable and will do fine with pink, red, blue, or yellow gravel, assuming they are well-cared for. Available in pearl pink, 2 mm gravel. Size: 1 kg Typically, you will want 2,5 – 5 cm of gravel at the bottom of your aquarium for a nice base layer. Gravel is the better choice for most freshwater aquariums. One of the major benefits of gravel is that it allows water to flow through it, preventing the build-up of amoebas and bacteria in the substrate. If allowed to build up for too long, these can sicken your fish and lead to an accumulation of aquarium mould. Follow the cleaning instructions on the packaging.
